An EU court in Luxembourg says the private jet can be 'green'
The EU's General Court has struck down the European Commission's 2023 decision to keep private and business aircraft out of the bloc's green-investment taxonomy, ruling that Brussels judged a manufacturing activity by the wrong yardstick. The decision, handed down in Luxembourg, reopens the contested boundary of 'sustainable' finance.
