Luxembourg workers report record-low job quality as mental-health risks rise
Luxembourg’s Quality of Work Index fell to 53.4 points in 2025, its lowest reading since 2014. The employee chamber warns that burnout, depression and suicidal thoughts must be treated as workplace risks, although the survey does not establish individual causes.
