We compared the cheapest limited-liability company forms in the world from the point of view of a founder living in Luxembourg: government fees, minimum capital, recurring state charges, address and agent requirements, accounting duties, and how much of the ownership ends up in a register anyone can search. Kosovo and Rwanda incorporate for €0, Lithuania for €17.13, New Mexico for $50 — and none of that is the same thing as costing nothing to keep.
