Company car tax in Luxembourg: the 2% rule that changed the maths for everyone but EV drivers
Luxembourg has abolished the CO2 bands for new combustion company cars and replaced them with a single 2% monthly rate. Electric vehicles keep 0.5% or 0.6% until the end of 2026 — after which those rates double.
